I purchased an asset, but I didn’t receive any download link. What should I do?

First thing to do, check your email spam folder, some email providers do that by default, if that is the case, mark the email safe , and you should be good from there on!.

After purchasing an item, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, this should happen almost instantly, you should also receive an email with your Download link.

Alternatively, once the purchase goes through on the website, you will be able to see the purchased items inside the “My Downloads” section of your User Account, here you can download all the files directly, also in this section you will be able to download Updates for tools and assets (if any) .

(alternatively you can access it by going to the main menu button My Account—> My Products download” .

In very few cases the purchase is listed as “Pending”, this could be because of a credit/debit card transaction issue, If this happens, please send us a message and we will be able to track it down, and confirm if your payment went through or not.
